Everything to be paid in advance, via PayPal, your registration will be final when payment is received. Here’s the menu for the weekend:
€ 20,00 per pitch per night for 2 adults, 1 vehicle and 1 tent or trailer
€ 14,00 per pitch per night for 1 adult, 1 vehicle and 1 tent or trailer

- € 20,00 admission fee per car for the 4×4 play area on Saturday, 13 May 2023
- € 25,00 for a 3 course get together meal on Saturday evening, 13 May 2023
- € 15,00 for a Navy blue Polo shirt with Event logo embroidery and sticker-set
- Green lane road book for Sunday 14th May, 2023 for free! 85 kms / 53 miles
- Great atmosphere and great company for free
- bring your own drinks and meals for the weekend, but join us on Saturday evening at the joint dinner!
We have our own camping field, just above the campsite, which is not over-organised, no fixed pitches, it’s all a bit come as you please, drop your car and have a great time. You can use the facilities on the campsite, even order fresh bread for next mornings. If in doubt, please check with us prior to booking.
Open (modest) fires are allowed on the field, but you have to use a fire bowl, open fires directly on the ground are not allowed!

You will then be issued with an invoice via Paypal and your booking will only be confirmed once your payment is received.
** When you submit your payment via Paypal, please use ‘Friends & Family’ & not ‘Business’, which costs us up to 5% in fees. **
Closing date for bookings and payments is Wednesday 19th April 2023, so don’t delay! We reserve the right to close to new bookings if we reach capacity before 19th April.
Get together on Friday, depending on travel time, distance etc. We are sure you will receive a warm welcome by those already there! BYO food an drinks for Friday evening. On Saturday, after breakfast, you will be given a road book to the 4×4 off road terrain in Steinbourg, for a day of clay, mud and joy. Lunch to be prepared on site by you! On returning to the campsite, we can have a nice meal together, buy your own drinks. On Sunday you are invited to take the road book for a 85 km scenic route. We have identified a few touristic places on the way and if you would like some lunch you will find some restaurants on the way, or take a packed lunch with you and sit & enjoy the views.
Alternatively, you could visit some nearby cities such as Strasbourg (50 kms), Colmar (100 kms), Metz (115 kms).

Catering on Saturday evening available for € 25,00 per person – we’re still working on details but you can expect it to be great quality, plentiful and tasty.
We ask that everyone is on their way home by 11am on Monday 9th, having cleared your pitches and disposed of any rubbish – we will do a final tidy up and return the site to its owners in good condition. Should you want to stay longer, please make arrangements directly with the campsite owners once there or in advance when sure it’s the place you want to stay longer.
